Well, Monday was my first Lecture Monday. That was my only class I had that day, so I guess that's good! My lecture was about Heat Transfer. And it was from 9:30-11:30. The lecture was very long, but it was also interesting. A lot of the information were things I already kind of knew. We had a few demos on boiling water with and without a lid. And also which would cool faster, a plastic or stainless steel container. And also heating objects with different surface areas, they were a small and larger diced potatoes. And in between the 3 demos, was hardcore lecture. The lectures were just about about weight, density and all that jazz. This was where my lecture was:
This was the the worst day for food for me. I didn't enjoy any of my meals..
For lunch I had Caramel Fish and Pho. And a plate of small dishes. And a Berry Pie.
And for dinner I had Beef with Cold Noodles. And a Fisherman's Soup with Shrimp. For dessert I had a Kiwi Creme Cake.
And so my journey continues..
