| On the road and off to college. |
Today is New Years Day, 2013. And my dreams are about to come true. I can't believe that in just a few shorts days, I will be starting my first year at The Culinary Institute of America! What a great way to start the new year.
I will attempt to post as often as possible to inform all my friends and family what my experience is like.
I can still remember the day I got my acceptance letter. I remember I was in the process of applying to OSU for dentistry. And I took a break from the application process. The next day I was driving home and decided to get the mail. I saw I had received a huge envelope from CIA. (And you always know a big envelope from a college is legit) I was driving up my driveway and I decided to open it. As anyone would, I freaked out. My heart was racing, hands were shaking and of course screaming was involved. I got finally got inside my house and texted/called my best friend Kelsey. And texted everyone I could think of and posted it on Facebook. And then I called my mom, she screamed also, and was also in line at the grocery store. I still remember the day. November 12, 2011.
And now my journey begins.
